    → RETAIL ASSISTANT

    We are looking for candidates with retail experiences who can start IMMEDIATELY for our outlets as below :
    Location : KL, Solaris, Desa Sri Hartamas, Subang SS15

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Greeting customers who enter the shop
    • Be responsible for processing cash and card payment
    • Give clear advice and guidance on services to customers
    • Answering queries from customers
    • Reporting discrepancies and problems to Outlet Manager
    • Balancing cash register with receipts.
    • Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands
    • Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
    • Keeping the store tidy and clean
    • Good Attitudes, discipline and timelines

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Good command in English and Customer Service Skills
    • Will be able to work retail hours
    • Training will be provided
    Job Type: Full-time
    Salary: RM1,500.00 to RM1,800.00 /month

    Location : Pressto HQ, Sg Besi/ Option work from home

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
    • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required Skill(s): Microsoft application
    • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.

    • Demonstrate the ability to provide customers with an exceptional service experience
    • Ability to engage customers in a conversations that build an understanding of their needs
    • Ability to clearly articulate the benefits of services, Excellent skills of coordinating with all departments
